What is a mindful existence?
The truth is that a mindful existence can be something different to each individual person. For me, it is making a conscious decision to be fully aware of what I am doing and what is happening to me in the present moment. Each choice I make in the present will directly affect every aspect of my life. By taking control of every action I take daily, I am choosing to purposely make choices that are going to give me the best quality of life.

I created this website to document my journey. This journey is very personal as I navigate life, learn, experiment and apply as much as i can. More importantly, I created this site to hold me accountable. Every day i am making a conscious decision to live, move, eat, sleep, learn, laugh, create in such a manner that will be most beneficial to my quality of life. This is my journey to a mindful existence.
